Program Name: FlexIA and Flexiweb OTP Messaging Program.

Program Description: SMS messaging service that sends one-time passcodes (OTP) for user authentication purposes.

Messaging Charges: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s pricing plan. These charges may vary depending on your service plan, mobile provider, and location. By participating in this messaging service, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any charges related to SMS, MMS, or data usage incurred when sending or receiving messages. For more information about applicable fees, please contact your mobile carrier.

Message Frequency: The user will receive one SMS message per authentication attempt.

Opt-Out Instructions: To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message received. You may also request cancellation through an option available within the Flexiweb platform.
